4. 每學期場地借用系統於開學前二週及寒暑假開始前二週開放借用(依學年度行事曆) 。

5. 各單位申請場地後，如因故變更日期或取消，需如何撤單請見操作說明公告

6. 場地冷氣空調部分如有問題，請洽詢總務處營繕組專業人員詢問，謝謝。

7. 行事曆表定之重大會議、活動相關場地優先提供借用，敬請承辦單位逕行填寫電子表單進行申請。

8. 若遇場地借用衝突之情事，請依行事曆表定行程為主，影響範圍為輔進行協調，以達場地空間使用之權益。

9. 大型階梯教室設備使用說明，請借用單位詳閱說明，使用完畢後務必回歸原始狀態，共同愛護本校財產:

【108學年度第2學期開放借用公告】

108學年度第2學期(109.2.17~109.6.22) ，非排課時間場地借用暨活動用電需求申請作業(電子表單) ，自109年2月3日起開放申請，109年暑假期間場地借用於109年6月8日開放借用。

開放借用起訖日：109年2月17日至109年6月27日(108學年度第2學期間)

【Note】

1. Currently the venue borrow has been officially electronic on-line, it can be through schools Electronic Document System Login “non-class hours venues borrow for activities Timetable application form" to fill, to complete the venues borrowing and electricity apply until the completion of both processes .

2. Students can fill out the form after the login the system, the venue borrow process will completed after the completion.

3. The appointment need to be apply 1 days before the events start, and after success the venue borrow process, the system will provide power automatically.

Available to borrow start and end date: 109 years Feb. 17 to 109 years Jun. 27 (108 years the second semester)

※Caution:

The venue will priority for the major conferences and related events, please fill out the electronic organizer fill out the spreadsheet to for the application.

In case any violations conflict at borrowed venue, please follow to the schedule, the area of affect are secondary please coordinate to achieve the rights and interests for the use of space.
